UnitedHealthcare ~ Test Your Health Care Knowledge

Healthcare. When did that become a dirty word? I mean seriously. Personally I like being able to recover and live through things that killed us 150 years ago. But healthcare doesn’t just have to be about recovering from a bear attack or living through the plague. In case you were wondering those are things that people used to not live through. Ok, I guess Leonardo DiCaprio lived through a bear attack, but I’m guessing that was the exception not the rule.

Test Your Health Care Knowledge

I’m not about to venture into some debate about mandated health insurance, but the simple fact is that the medical apparatus in our country is pretty much the best in the world. If you want snake oil and pretend miracles go somewhere else. If you want actual medical science that has a chance, you come here. So if it’s here you should take advantage of it. And to take advantage of it you need to know what it offers, and UnitedHealthcare wants to help with that. UnitedHealthcare wants you to check out their site to Test Your Health Care Knowledge, a fun interactive website with fun ways to help you learn about what your healthcare plan has to offer.

Test Your Health Care Knowledge

Did you know a lot of health plans now cover virtual visits? No more trekking off to the doctor just to sit in the waiting room for two hours while you miss work. Or at 3 in the morning when your only choice is to suck it up or go to the emergency room. Test Your Health Care Knowledge has a handy video and quiz explaining the benefits of virtual visits and the process to use it. And if you watch the video and fill out a single question, you can be entered to win $400. Raise your hand if you like money. Guess what? I like money. And using a virtual visit is a great way to save money rather than going to the Emergency room or an Urgent Care center. Trust me on that, I’ve had to go to both.

This sounds like an excellent website. I'd much rather know what my insurance is offering in a fun easy to understand why than try to sift through a ton of jargon.

Sounds like an interesting website. I know nothing about US health care other than what I hear my friends discuss and even then I feel so lost! Insurance is something I know nothing about period!

We used to have United Healthcare through my work plan. It was a very good insurance. I am very thankful for virtual visits that most healthcare is including in their plans.

Healthcare has become so expensive for so many Americans. It's important to figure out if there's a better way to reduce costs for everyone. I really like the idea of virtual doctor's office visits.

This virtual assistance thing is really becoming popular. I love that notion, I don't always have time to go in to be seen.

I can't imagine not having healthcare. It is something that we take for granted but would be in a lot of trouble without it.

This is interesting. Our healthcare here is a bit different. I did receive a letter telling me to go get a female exam, lol.

Knowing what insurance you have and what is covered is so important. It's so expensive and also so scary to know so many people can't afford insurance.
