The Lion Guard is coming to DVD!
In November I was in Los Angeles with Disney for the Red Carpet Premiere of The Good Dinosaur. While there, we were treated to a private prescreening of The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar. After the screening, we sat down with Executive Producer Ford Riley, Composer Christopher Willis, Singer/Songwriter Beau Black, Swahili Consultant Sarah Mirza, and Dr. Jill Mellen from Animal Kingdom to learn more about the upcoming series.
When I returned home, I introduced my daughter to the new characters; Kion, Bunga, Ono, Fuli, and Beshte and then we awaited the premiere, the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Since then, we have been reading books about the show, following the series on Disney Jr. and singing along to Beau’s new songs.
On Tuesday, February 23rd, Disney’s Lion Guard comes out on DVD. To celebrate, Disney has released some fun activity sheets to get your little one(s) ready for the DVDs arrival. Check out the details by clicking the button (graphic) below!
