I will be attending the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES Premiere courtesy of Walt Disney Studios.  All opinions are strictly my own.

ARRRR Matey, be ye ready for adventure? A tale of revenge be afoot and you be invited. But be warned matey. Where we go there be monsters and ghosts.

You are all invited to join me, virtually, as I head to the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES Red Carpet Premiere in Los Angeles May 17 – 20! I am beyond excited to share that I have been invited back to Los Angeles to celebrate Disney’s Pirates Life Event!

If you have been following our adventure for very long then you know that I love entertainment and I’m a HUGE fan of everything Disney. If you know anything about me personally then you know that anytime the television is on at our home, it is playing a Disney movie or the latest hit on Disney Channel.

It’s going to be a great adventure and I’ll be sharing bits and pieces of the fun along the way. Be sure to follow along on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram because there will be TONS of fun and you won’t want to miss a moment of it. Just look for #PiratesLifeEvent and #BambiBluray.

For these events, Disney invites 25 of their top bloggers from around the country to Los Angeles. Our trip will run Wednesday, May 17th through Saturday, May 20th to walk the red carpet at the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES (opening in theaters on 05/26) premiere and interview talent from the film as well as the filmmakers! Did I mention that the premiere is at The Dolby Theatre where the Oscars take place?!?!

Wondering who I really, REALLY hope to see on the red carpet? Keira Knightley, Orlando Bloom (swoon), and JOHNNY DEPP!! Seriously, just breathing the same air as Johnny will likely result in me breaking out in sweats and will cause my knees to buckle and I am 100% game for both! I’m a huge, HUGE Johnny Depp fan and would love to see him in person!

While in Los Angeles, Disney will be hosting us at the gorgeous and newly remodeled Sheraton Universal Hotel!

In addition to covering the red carpet premiere and press junket interviews, adventure awaits us at every turn! Here is just a small look at what’s in store:

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil’s Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea—notably Jack.

Jack’s only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy. At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifully small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune, but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has ever faced.

“Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” also stars Kevin R. McNally as Joshamee Gibbs, Golshifteh Farahani as the sea-witch Shansa, David Wenham as Scarfield, Stephen Graham as Scrum, and Geoffrey Rush as Captain Hector Barbossa.

Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg are directing “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” with Jerry Bruckheimer producing. The executive producers are Mike Stenson, Chad Oman, Joe Caracciolo, Jr., Terry Rossio and Brigham Taylor. The story is by Jeff Nathanson and Terry Rossio, and Jeff Nathanson wrote the screenplay. “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” drops anchor in U.S. theaters on May 26, 2017.

“Bambi” was released in 1942 during World War II and took over five years to make due to its exquisite hand-drawn artwork and attention to detail. Beloved by generations, “Bambi” holds the No. 3 spot on the American Film Institute’s “10 Top 10,” honoring the 10 greatest animated films of all time. The timeless tale features an adorable young deer named Bambi who explores the wonders and challenges of the woods with his playful pal Thumper, the lovable skunk Flower, and wise Friend Owl – and ultimately fulfills his destiny as prince of the forest.
