I think this is a good program. Cell phones are so necessary to communicate with others or to use on emergencies and not everyone can afford the monthly cost.

Some people say that this is not good to be giving low income people a phone. But I think it is a good idea because it helps people be able to have phone service in a real emergency. Most of the users do not abuse this privilege and really need this phone!

I totally agree because they only give you so many minutes anyhow and most do not realize that. :)
