Who doesn’t love a good slushie? As we gear up to celebrate our nation’s spirit and honor its heritage, what better way to toast than with patriotic drinks? These vibrant concoctions not only add flair to your gathering but also embody the colors and symbols that represent the strength, unity, and pride of our country. And kids don’t want to be left out of the fun either. At least our kids don’t. When we are enjoying a fun adult beverage they want to be like us. When we are clinking glasses, so are they. Have you seen the Barbeque episode of Bluey? Yeah, that’s our kids.
So, today, we have a fun red white and blue slushie mocktail that your kids are sure to love. Made from a simple combination of lemonade, red and blue Hawaiian punch and ice, it’s as simple as it is colorful. And if you want to make it a little boozy for the adults at the same time (well, make a different batch), just add a little vodka.
