It’s Christmas time and around my house, that means one thing. Christmas Movies. Starting right after Thanksgiving (or before depending on where we put the DVD’s) we start watching Christmas movies. Family movie night is pretty much every night. Sometimes it is snuggling under a blanket with a bowl of popcorn watching a classic like Holiday Inn. Sometimes it’s game night and movies with How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Or maybe it’s wrapping presents and watching Muppet Christmas.

But here’s the thing, over the course of a month, it actually is possible to watch every Christmas movie (or two months, maybe we start right after Halloween). So, we are always on the lookout for new Christmas movies to freshen the lineup.

Trolls Holiday

A little over a year ago a tiny little movie was released that was happy and full of joy: Trolls. Maybe you heard of it. It wasn’t a Christmas movie but it was very much in the spirit of Christmas. So, it kind of makes sense that they would have a holiday special. And this year they do. On November 28th, the Trolls Holiday special was released on DVD exclusively at Wal-Mart.

Since the Bergens found happiness within and stopped Trollstice, they have no holidays. The Trolls have plenty of holidays to share, much to King Gristle’s discomfort and dismay. Featuring the whole cast returning from the original movie plus a brand-new song, the Trolls Holiday will be added to our holiday movie repertoire.

So check out the first four minutes above and then head on out to Wal-Mart to get the Trolls Holiday movie. Your family will love it just like mine did.
