Total Relief Shampoo and Conditioner Review #totalrelief

by Heather

Sometimes I think the hubby is a chimpanzee. No, he’s not covered in hair and walking around on his knuckles. Although he could use a little more grooming, he doesn’t walk around grooming the fleas out of his hair. But he is a head scratcher. And I don’t mean in the sense of “he’s a mystery” type of head scratcher. He’s sits there and scratches his head, like a chimp. All the time. If you’ve ever watched a National Geographic special on monkeys you know exactly what I’m talking about. He can just sit there, with his arm up, scratching his head. All. Day. Long. It’s actually kind of impressive. I just wish he could apply that stamina to certain other things.

Just kidding. He actually needs less stamina in that area. Wait, did I say that?

The reason he sits there and scratches his head is dandruff. Now I love him, chimp tendencies and all, but there are times where I think he could be Ally Sheedy’s character in The Breakfast Club. He could sit there and scratch and shake a snow storm onto one of my daughter’s drawings. He’s tried it all. Shampoos, conditioners, acupuncture, voodoo, witch doctors, yoga, Pilates. You name it, he’s tried it. It hasn’t worked, but he’s tried it. Until now.

We recently received Dr. Marder Scalp Therapy Total Relief Shampoo and Conditioner and he tried it for the first time last week. At first I didn’t notice anything. And then over the weekend I continued to not notice anything. And this week I still didn’t notice anything. Are you starting to see where I’m going? What I didn’t notice was my husband acting like a chimp, sitting there scratching his head constantly.  No more Breakfast Club (although the movie is still a classic) and no more National Geographic Special. Hmm, Boogie Nights here we come. ;)
