The Parking Spot: The Only Way To Travel

by Jenn

This post brought to you by The Parking Spot. All opinions are 100% mine.

Traveling is so much fun, it’s always so exciting planning your trip.  That is until you get to the airport and begin to think about airport parking.  I think that’s something I always forget to plan into my trip, and it makes things so much more stressful.  Which is why when I head to the airport I jump on the yellow spotted airport shuttle.  You know which one I’m talking about?

The Parking Spot focuses on hospitality, making things easy, making sure you’re comfy, affordable, and they’re pretty darn funny too.  I’ve been on The Parking Spot a total of 6 times, and every time the drivers were super nice, and loads of funny.  Which really helps when you’re already stressed from traveling all day.  I was excited to write about The Parking Spot, it’s my husbands and I’s perfect shuttle when we travel.

The Parking Spot, well you cannot miss it.  It’s the only shuttle that is bright yellow with black spots, they are the leading near-airport parking company in the US, and you can find them at 34 locations and 22 airports in the US.  They pick up guest at their vehicles or valet lobbies, and they run all the time at the airports.  In my experiences the drivers have always been super nice, funny, offer luggage assistance, cold water, and a complimentary newspaper too.

We actually joined the Spot Club our last visit to the airport.  It’s a airport parking rewards program that offers free parking with as little as seven paid days!  You only have to redeem what you need!  It’s easy to join this fabulous program.  Oh, and did I mention it’s FREE.  So you earn for something you’re going to be doing anyway.  If you travel all the time, or now and again it’s worth checking into The Parking Spot’s reward program.  Join The Spot Club today, and save for tomorrow.

Check out all The Parking Spot Amenities that make near airport parking even better!

  • Shuttles every 5 to 7 minutes
  • Covered, open air and valet parking available (select location)
  • Always open
  • Fast and easy check in/out
  • Well lit and fenced
  • Luggage assistance
  • Chilled water
  • USA Today until 9am M-F
  • Airport parking reservations available
  • Car care services (they will even wash your car and change the oil in certain markets)

Sadly, I don’t even have an airport in my little town.  When we travel we have to drive a good three hours or more to an nearby airport.  I say nearby, but it’s far.  Typically when I travel by plane I’m traveling without kids, but when I do travel with kids using their service is not only more convenient, but makes me feel safer too.

Thank goodness all the airports we use have The Parking Spot to make our travels less stressful and more about the fun!

Swing by and check out The Parking Spot and make your next airport parking reservations.  Don’t forget to follow The Parking Spots on Facebook and Twitter.

I think that this is a very good deal to get while traveling. Traveling is a tiring experience, and to know that this service is provided to get a nice shuttle right away is great! Thanks for giving me a heads up on this!

This is a great idea – the airport parking lots are huge and lonely at night. I would prefer a shuttle that takes me safely to my car.

That’s a good service. If I traveled a lot I would check into it. Flying is hectic enough. I always appreciate little extras like that.
