I’m sure most of you are familiar with that old saying, “The grass is always greener on the other side.”  I can remember my dad telling me that all the time growing up.  I was one of those kids, you know never happy, would rather be somewhere else, always in my room, and thought I parents didn’t know much of anything.  Sound familiar?  Sadly, karma stinks.  I now have a 14 year old daughter that is reminding me of everything I did to my parents, lol.

I remember before I bought my house, finding a home was horrible.  I bought newspapers, called places, begged people to help me look.  I am amazed with how much easier things are now.  Really check this out.

Have you heard of apartments.com?  Well they make searching for an apartment to move into so much easier, and less stressful.  I would much rather download an app, search the area I plan to move to, and see what is available all from my phone.  So much easier than the local newspaper, internet, phone, and Thrifty Nickel, while crossing your fingers by the time you go through everything someone else hasn’t called first.

If you’re looking for an apartment give apartments.com a try, I’m sure you will find it so much easier and less stressful than the old way.  Apartments.com is easy to find your way around in.  Yes, navigation is a breeze and you can download it for you iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.  So far so good right…

I searched my local area just to see what I am missing out on, lol.  It’s actually pretty fun, so easy to search, and it’s so nice to have everything right there at your fingertips.  There’s information provided about each complex, which is awesome and gives you a little rundown if you’re not familiar with the area.  Now the grass can be greener on the other side, just do your research first with apartments.com.

If you’re on the lookout be sure to give apartments.com a try.  Don’t forget to swing by and follow @aptscom on Twitter.

Have you already tried using the apartments.com app?  Tell me what you think… I always love hearing your thoughts.

That does sound easy. Is there a flat rate or do they work on commission?

I own a home, but my sister is getting ready to move and she doesn't want another house she wants to rent an apartment so that she doesn't have a yard to maintain. I will pass this along to her. Thanks!

This is convienent! I always think that perhaps I should move then I remember a friend of mine who moved to what appeared like a great place to live, but she has a neighbor who is hellish and vindicitive and then I think, maybe I'm ok where I am.

We finally own our own home, but back in college we used apartments.com to narrow down things that we needed and could afford. It saved a lot of time calling around.
