This is so important. Its amazing how many young people are so troubled they believe suicide is their only option. My heart goes out to them as I’m also suffering from depression and can understand how confusing and hard life can be at times.

It’s really very sad. The teenage years are difficult for many of us. I had a rough time myself. I think we all need to be more aware and try to reach out and , if nothing else, lend an ear to someone that has nobody to talk to.

This is so upsetting, and real. When a child dies at that age that way there are so many ‘what ifs’, and ‘if onlys’. Anyway they can be reached is important.

WOW! Thanks very much for the review/information on Teen Suicide Prevention ~ Impact, Change, and Save Lives! This is a very sad subject. I never knew that the statistics were that high! I think that everyone goes through a rough patch at one time or another and truly does think about it, however, most people think first about the effect it will have on our loved ones, friends, etc. We then decide that it’s not worth it. Also, If you are a Catholic, like me, it’s considered a mortal sin to commit suicide and you will go straight to hell! I think it’s wonderful what the band Train and the other one Soul Pancake are doing! It’s wonderful that the girls were in the video to help the cause! It’s just plain wonderful what they are doing to Stop Suicide!
