Thanks. I was reading just this morning how gluten intolerance is finally being diagnosed and treated correctly. It's nice that there are companies like this that make it easier to follow.

I keep going back and forth as to sign up for tasteguru. I am really the only one who eats healthy in my house and for some reason I am just afraid I won't like it but, I guess I will never know til I try it. Thanks for the review. It's like u ate all the bad chocolate out of the box for me :)

LOL "Eating the bad chocolate out the box." Tamra, I'm with you on eating healthy. I began a journey this past February of living a healthy lifestyle. Since then I have lost 46 pounds and counting. It is a journey and please don't ever feel alone on yours. You're right as far as trying things though. You really don't know if you like something or not until you try it. That's the philosophy I was raised on. My mom always told me (and even to this day), "You don't have to like it, but you have to try it." With boxes like TasteGuru and others, I've surprised myself with what I like. The goodies packed in these boxes really are yummy. Discovering that there are healthy yummies out there to eat that taste a little naughty, wow! It's nice to know that we're not stuck with rice cakes anymore. No, there's nothing wrong with rice cakes, but a girl has to have options. ;) Keep up the great work!

I would really like to go gluten-free. I think this is probably a great way to start, then I wouldn't have to do any work.

Great idea! My step-daughter just found out her son is gluten-intolerant and she struggles to find the occasional treat for the little one. This would be a big help for her!

It's a good service. It seems like everything is gluten free these days.Do they have a list of foods that you can choose from?

Hi Lisa, I looked over their site and while it doesn't appear that you can choose the food that go into the box, I did discover some really neat aspects of their site. They offer some really great tips. Things like what to pack when flying; how to bake dairy-free; the gluten-free lunch box; and much more. While I feel fortunate to not have gluten issues, what I've heard about it, I know eating gluten-free now and again could be good for me. I know I'll be looking into TasteGuru a lot more. Great question!!!
