I have a hard time thinking that these bracelets which even get sold in gumball machines can do too much to raise awareness any more. I also think that the recent issues with Lance Armstrong may do more to further make them irrelevant.

Keeping people aware of the diseases our medical industry has not cured is vital. These bracelets let everyone know that you are aware, or have an individual with the disease. So, when you wear a bracelet, be prepared to give answers to those who inquire, so they can give their support. Thanks!!

It is important to keep people aware of the big problem our country faces with so many more people having diabetes than ever before in our history. This bracelet is one step in that direction.

This is great. I work in a facility that delivers diabetic supplies and so many people are unaware of how rampant diabetes is in this country.
