Softsoap Citrus Splash and Berry Fusion

There’s nothing worse to me than washing my hands or body with soap that leave my skin feeling dry. I’m a bit of a lotion freak as well. I cannot stand for my skin to be left feeling dry, and nasty. I have tried several different types of body wash, and hand soap in the past. Some works, but most leaves my skin feeling dry. I actually wanted to share a brand that I personally love.

If you have not heard there’s a new Softsoap on the move, lol. Okay, it’s soap how awesome can it be? If you’re a super smell good freak, as I am, it’s pretty darn awesome. I’ve always loved Softsoap. I have used their Liquid Hand Soap for as long as I can remember. I am picky about soap. Some of it just leaves my hand feeling rough, dry, and tight. I don’t know how else to describe it. Other than tight, maybe it’s the dry feeling, maybe it’s the rough, or just the combo. Either way some soap leaves my hands feeling tight, like if I stretch them too far they’re going to crack.

Well I am super excited to share the NEW Softsoap brand Citrus Splash and Berry Fusion Body Wash! I recently tried the Softsoap Body Wash, WOW I must say I love it! It’s better than the hand soap. NO, Softsoap did not ask me to write this for them. I’m actually sharing this with you because I love it.

The Softsoap brand Citrus Splash and Berry Fusion Body Wash has moisturizing formula with suspended moisture beads. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. The fregrance is amazing, made with real raspberry and strawberry extracts.

Let me tell you what attracted me to the bottle of Softsoap. It’s blue, I know right. Blue Body Wash, I have to say I’m a sucker for anything that stands out, or sparkles. My husband gets upset with me, because he’s always loosing me in the store. If something stands out, I don’t even say anything BAM just gone. Nowhere to be found, and he’s standing there with a blank look on his face. I love my husband, I tell you he has to be one groovy dude to keep up with me, lol.

I have tried that soap too and seem to always go back to Tone its wonferful smell lasts so long BUT i have to say i read about you and i do not know where you get all that energy but if you want to give any away i sure could use it .. YOU are one busy lady .Maybe i have been disabled to long and recently i loss whole family with hubby,mom and brother gone there seems to be nothing to do NOW i see whos doing it all .. you .;lololo Kepp up the good work i know your loving family appreciates it Happy Valentines ;)

I like Soft soap. When you wash your hands frequently you need moisture. I don't want to apply hand cream every time.

I am the same way you are. I am a lotion freak and I hate dry skin. I am always trying to find a soap that I don't have to use lotion, but in the winter that is impossible. Thanks for the great review!

I agree with you, I hate that after you wash, your skin feels dry, tight and sometimes itchy; especially in the winter. I always try to use good lotions; face, body, hands.

I alway like to use a softsoap or shower gel because it rinses off. My skin looks weird, if I am not careful in the fall, and winter. In the summer I am alright. I love saving money when it comes to buying soap. Thank you, for sharing..

My hands stay dry ALL winter.... I hate it! I will have to try this... as long as the scent isn't too strong. But I will check it out for sure.

I've never thought of Soft Soap as a body wash but I do like it as a hand wash. This is the first I'm hearing about this body wash. I love fruity scents so I think the choices are fabulous. Hope to trry it soon.

I like the honeysuckle scent. I've used Soft Soap for a while. I started because it's inexpensive.I really like it.

Oh my gosh I love this body wash! Back in 2011 I was diagnosed with stage 2 hodgkins lymphoma and chemo really dried out my skin. My sister bought me some Soft Soap Body Wash and I loved it as soon as I used it. It's Sweet Honeysuckle & Orange Peel. It smells heavenly! You gotta try this scent. Walmart is the best place to buy body wash. Thanks for sharing all the other scents.I'm going to have to try them :)

I love Soft Soap! Like you, I have used the hand soap for years. I didn't know they had all those different flavors. I usually send my son down the aisle and he just gets the first one.he reaches. I have very sensitive skin. So sensitive, it does crack or burns if I use the wrong soap. I will have to try the body wash. It sounds heavenly. Thanks!

As a person born with eczema and very dry skin myself, I can totally relate to this post. I have sensitive skin and my hands break out with most types of handsoap. I used to use prescription cream that ran me $90 per tube AFTER insurance but I have since discovered Cortizone-10 cream that works like a miracle for $5 per tube. I too am a lotion junkie. I've been eyeing Softsoap body washes for awhile now but haven't tried them. After reading this I may have to go ahead and dive in :)

That softsoap scent sounds like it is good enough to eat! I am about to run out of my favorite cranberry scented hand wash for the bathroom so I will see if I can find this one.

I hate how soaps dry out the skin because to me, spending time cleaning and showering is my time for myself. I really enjoy it and if the outcome is dried skin, it's annoying. So glad there is a brand that keeps skin supple and fresh!

Right now, I'm using Ivory bar soap, and Ivory bodywash. But like you, I feel like my skin will stretch and crack. Will be trying some of this next time I go to Walmart! :)

I too love Soft Soap . I haven't tried this fragrance yet because I usually stay with my favorite which is Raspberry Sorbet & Almond Blossom. Next time I shall give this one a try.

I love softsoap it doesn't irritate my skin like other soaps. This family has a lot of sensitive skin issues so this is nice to be able to use with all the different sense. Pomagranate and mango is amazing. Love it.

I know how that, dry, chapped skin feeling is, I have it too. I usually have to apply lotion when I get out of the shower because my skin is like a lizard. When I read your review, it gave me hope. Out of all the scents, I'm torn between the Citrus Blast and the Pomergranate. I will have to pick this product up, though. Sounds great and thanks!

You had me at Citrus Splash and Berry Fusion Body Wash! When my daughter went to college she started buying Bath & Body products & I thought she was crazy. I knew that she didn't have a lot of money to spend & also thought that B&B was too expensive. One day when I was shopping I went in to their store to see what all the fuss was about. I fell head over heels for their fragrances. I hope to do the same thing with Soft Soap & save a ton of money.

I have the pomegranate soft soap in my shower right now! I like it so much a have one of those foamy dispensers that I fill with the wash and water and that way I can enjoy it for longer :)

I've never tried Softsoap body wash, only the hand soap. This scent really does sound nice and I love the idea that it won't dry your skin out. I'll need to look for this next time I'm out! Thank you :)

Thanks for the review! The blue color catches my eye too whenever I see it next to all the other body washes! I will definitely try it now that you have endorsed it. My skin also gets the tight feeling when I use certain soaps so I understand exactly what you mean!!

My youngest daughter and I have really dry skin, and it is all itchy and feels awful, I would love that soap if it will help our skin feel better and I also I am a big fan of nice smelly stuff so I will have to get some. Thank you for sharing this with me:)

Thanks for the Fantastic Review on Softsoap Citrus Splash and Berry Fusion! I've used Softsoap before in the hand soap, however, I never tried it in the shower gel! This berry fusion scent sound wonderful! If had very dry skin since it's gotten cold! I'll have to get me some of this Softsoap and see if it works on my dry itchy skin! i love soft soap hand wash, but i have never thought about it for body wash. this sounds like what i need, as i have very dry skin. the smell is a added bonus, i love to smell good.

We use Softsoap all the time! I like the exfoliating ones. They smell great and leave my skin feeling clean - scrubbing the dead skin cells off of my body. Plus we use Softsoap for washing our hands. They have some cute containers. One that we have that I have refilled a couple of times, has a seahorse & some sea weed in it.

My skin is dry all winter. I use hand lotions a lot. This scent sounds really refreshing and light. I use Soft Soap so times but not always. Myself I dont think it make my hands any dry no matter what soap I use. I do wash my hands a lot every day so that doesnt help any either.
