Snuggling Down in our Luxury 500 Thread Cotton Sheets {Queen} from Yorkshire-Mayfair

51WCII36aZL._SL1200_What do you do when you are stressed out, feeling a little anxious, or in a funk? There are a number of techniques to battle each of these feelings and I am sure you have your way of doing things but I am here to tell you that there is only one right way to win the war … doing laundry! Yes, you read that right, doing laundry.

There is nothing more cleansing than doing three to six loads of laundry, folding everything, putting it away, and then stripping the bedsheets that you washed two days ago and washing them again! It works like a charm … every time.

What? What is that you say? You don’t find doing laundry relaxing or therapeutic? Well, you are a complete weirdo then. Everyone does laundry to decompress. Give it a try. Trust me.

Along with doing laundry, I love to sleep but I prefer it to be in a super soft, comfortable bed with fresh sheets that smell amazing. Hmm, maybe I am the weirdo?

Anyway, we recently received a new set of sheets from Yorkshire-Mayfair and I think I am in love.

The 500 Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Luxury Deep Pocket Sheets that we received are one of the softest sets of sheets that I have ever come in contact with. And, they get softer after washing them. We received a queen size set in white; however, there are a total of 27 colors to choose from.

What I love about these sheets is that they actually have deep pockets. What that means is that for once, when I make my daughter’s bed, the sheets actually go on, look nice, and stay on after a night of a five year old moving around a lot in her sleep.

Our Yorkshire-Mayfair sheets are made from 100% Egyptian cotton and have a sateen feel which makes you want to snuggle down and wrap them around you. So soft … so sleek … so comfortable. Each set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet (which appears to be oversized), and two pillowcases. Although thicker, the cotton helps regulate your body temperature so they are perfect on these spring nights when the weather bounces back and forth while Mother Nature tries to decide which season she wants to share with us next.

After checking the set closely before and after washing I am able to confirm the quality of the product and want to note that I did not find any hanging threads that would indicate poor stitching or a defect in the product. The edging on the flat sheet and pillowcase is simple and beautiful which adds to the look of the product and makes it even more appealing.

As an added bonus, which is perfect for my baby, the sheets are hypoallergenic and made with heavy duty microfiber. This is perfect as my daughter and I have very sensitive skin.

We can’t say enough about Yorkshire-Mayfair and their products. If you are looking for quality sheets at an affordable price these sheets are just what you need.

I don't enjoy doing laundry, okay I'm a weirdo. I do enjoy freshly laundered clothing and bedding. Especially bedding. When it smells fresh, I fall asleep much easier.

I always like sheets that have some percale in them, but these sound pretty awesome!

There are so many different materials that sheets can be made from. I still would like to try bamboo. I always read about thread count. I imagine, the higher the count, the longer they last? Trying to decide on sheets can be like trying to choose a good wine, without being a wine drinker. Confusing!

Yes! I can confirm that you are definitely a Wierdo! I hate doing laundry! I think it would be different if it was on the first floor, however, I have to go to the basement to do laundry! Up and down those steps to get several loads of laundry done. Then, drag the folded and clean laundry up the basement steps to the first floor and then up another set of steps to our bedroom to put everything away! I hate it! I do love nice soft sheets (I can only dream of that one)! I own 2 sheet sets for our bed (king) and both sets have rips in them! I've sewed the one set, however, I haven't gotten to the other set yet! I definitely need new sheets for our bed! I just can't afford them! These Yorkshire Mayfair sheets sound absolutely wonderful! I would love to have a set! I'm in a "giveaway" for a set of Peach Bed Sheets, however, with this rafflecopter, you enter all the things and your done! There is nothing to update every day or anything! What are the chances of winning that giveaway! Like a million to one? I gave up on that one long time ago! Thanks for sharing your Fantastic Review and your strange opinions on laundry and on Snuggling Down in our Luxury 500 Thread Cotton Sheets {Queen} from Yorkshire-Mayfair with all of us! You know that I definitely do appreciate it! Like I've said, you always give me a chuckle! Thanks Again! Michele :)

I like a good set of sheets. So many don't hold up after several washings.
