Now through July 21, you can hop on the emotional roller-coaster with us by entering our ‪#‎SleepEmotions‬ contest celebrating Disney•Pixar’s Inside Out for the chance to win! Looking for an excuse to wear your emotions on your sleeve? You’re in luck. Follow the selfie steps below to enter today!
How to Enter:
1. Snap your sleepy selfie! Take a picture of yourself telling us how sleep makes you feel based on the corresponding emotion in each entry period. There’s still plenty of time to enter for the chance to win, so follow the dates below to submit your selfie.

  • Entry Period #3: Sadness – 6/7/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 6/18/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)
  • Entry Period #4: Anger – 6/19/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 7/1/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)
  • Entry Period #5: Joy – 7/2/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 7/21/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)

2. Visit our Instagram or Twitter pages and share your selfie using the hashtag #SleepEmotions, or visit our Facebook tab or the contest website to sign up for the contest and upload your photo.

3. Once your entry has been approved within 24 hours, visit the homepage on the contest microsite to search for your entry and locate your unique link to share with your social community for votes. I sometimes take epsom salts baths about 2 hours or so before I sleep. I then will read for a bit too.

What helps me sleep at night is the room the temperature of Antarctica! I also need a good pillow and bed, but both are near impossible to find.

I rarely if ever sleep through the night. I wake up at least every hour and a half and then struggle to fall back to sleep so this would be great maybe it could help me!!

Taking a hot bath before bed and making sure all lights are off helps me sleep through the night. I have to always have some music playing though, so I usually leave my iPod laying next to me.

I wish they made these in another scent. The smell of lavender makes me ill.I won a nice gift package of candles and bath products, all lavender scented. I gave it away to a stranger just to get it out of the house.

It helps me sleep with my radio tuned in to Christian music, my 4 pillows, my favorite scent sprayed on my sheets & my 2 cats! I usually fall asleep pretty fast :)
