I like knives.

I hate knives.

I like knives because they are useful for cutting things. Like fruit and vegetables and chicken. And the hubby when he acts up. Oh wait, did I say that out loud? ;)

I hate knives because they are sharp, but only sort of sharp. They always say that dull knives are more dangerous than sharp knives and I have no idea how to sharpen knives. The hubby is always honing our knives whenever he pulls one out but I don’t understand that. What’s the point if you have to sharpen the darn thing all the time? We sent them away to be sharpened and that seemed to last for about a minute. It seems like I can’t even cut through a tomato.

Well finally I have a knife that works. One that actually cuts and stays sharp! And guess what? It’s not a Ginsu knife. It’s the NanoRazor Mini Series. I love this knife.

It cuts through everything I have thrown at it. Well, I haven’t actually thrown anything at it. That’s a really inefficient way to try and cut stuff. What I actually did was put it on a cutting board and slice it there. It slid through the tomatoes like butter. Chicken, not a problem. Metal can. No, I already said this was not a Ginsu knife and I meant it.

Did I mention that I LOVE this knife? OH, an added bonus … it also comes with a FREE Peeler. Who doesn’t love freebies?!?!

It would be nice to have a sharp knife. I cut myself more frequently trying to cut through something with a dull knife than I do using a sharp one.

I use my paring knife the most and it always needs resharpening by hubby. This Nanorazor 3" Ceramic Paring Knife sounds what I need. My sister uses ceramic knives and says she will never go back to steel knives.

I think I must get this knife..I am always the one cutting the meat, the vegetables, home made pizzas and even the cakes. But can a 3 inch blade cut through a roast, or worse raw meat.

That knife looks very nice. My mom has been looking for a nice but cheap knife set.

I bought a ceramic knife about a year ago and now it is the only one I use. They are great! I also bought a ceramic vegetable peeler and love it too. Best knife I have ever bought!

I get so frusterated with dull knives lol... maybe that's a mental condition or something?! ;) Totally kidding! But this knife sounds fabulous and is definitely on my must buy list!!

I really need some high quality new knives. The other day my knife broke while I was cutting a tab of butter while cooking! Butter! It was pretty hard, cold butter, but still...it was butter!
