Michael Phillip Cash’s newest novel just hit the street and what better way to celebrate then with an awesome giveaway! October is one of my favorite months because it around that time when it officially starts feeling like my favorite season, FALL! Well, at least in Cincinnati. I’ve shared before that one of my favorite things to do is curl up on the couch with a great book but if I can do it during crisp weather, on a windy, stormy night, and the book just happens to be filled with fun, fright, and monsters … I am sold!

October hosts a myriad of fun things to do and visit. What if one of those things was to visit a  theme park full of monsters? Would you go if you were invited?

Michael Phillip Cash’s new book explores this theme park in full with his new book, “Monsterland.”

Wyatt Baldwin, a high school student and life-long movie buff is staring bleakly at a future of flipping burgers. Due to a fortuitous circumstance, Wyatt and his friends are invited to the star-studded opening of Monsterland. My monster would be really large. Hairy and hunched over with razor snarling teeth and glowing evil eyes! Every step he took would shake the ground. He would be fast and fierce!

My monster would be big like Jack in the Beanstalk big. But, he would just look mean and scary and he wouldn’t understand why everyone was afraid of him.

My monster would not be scary at all. He or she would be big and fluffy and cuddly! He/she would actually help me out with various chores. And most of all my kids would love him/her!!

My monster would be powerful but fast. It would have sharp teeth and claws. It would be the kind of thing that people often see in their nightmares!
