Kinsights offers an online Pediatric Personal Health Record Keeper for parents. Gone are the days where you’re being held responsible for keeping track of slips of paper or lugging files and folders containing your children’s health information.

Even in the event of an emergency, you can even have the health records sent to the ER or out-of-town doctor in a snap. This is especially helpful when your child is at a friend’s house or field trip and needs medical treatment. You can organize your child’s growth and developmental milestones, immunizations, medications, allergies, and more. This tool is amazing and a godsend to parents. Connect with Kinsights at their website to learn more and sign up!

There are different websites that have a lot of great advice for families that I check regularly and also communicate with my family often they know they can come to me if they have anything they’re concerned about!

Wow – that’s a tough question. I think choosing good foods, making sure sleep is a priority, exercise, vitamins, and regular doctor checkups help keep my family healthy.

I try new recipes weekly that I get from Pinterest. We eat healthy meals and get plenty of sleep. We watch TV shows together, eat meals together and play games together.

My son and daughter in-law make healthy meals for my grandson with low-fat meats and lots of vegetables. They keep fresh fruit around for him too. They walk their dog and swim quite a bit too. 🙂

My family and I have often tried to play cerebral games at night as a fun way to strengthen our minds. The mind is something that calls for healthiness too. 😀

God bless,
Miles
