Being a vegetarian and after crossing 35 , I feel the need to replenish my body with proper vitamins.

I try to eat right, fruit, vegetables and lean meat. I also started drinking more water.

Since I am pregnant I make sure to eat healthy and take prenatal vitamins and dha supplements.

I try to eat healthy & I take fish oil every day. Really need to start taking a daily multi-vitamin.

I usually take a supplement, but I always try to limit my carbs and eat plenty of vegetables and lean meat…fish and chicken.

I eat a proper breakfast with yogurt and fruit, eat plenty of vegetables and make sure I am getting in my dietary supplements daily.
