Kalm with Kava the Relaxation Drink Review #drinkkalm

Nature

Kava-Kava. Never heard of it? Me neither. But now that I’ve tried it, I am a fan.

No, it’s not some weird position (you know what I’m talking about) or some illegal drug. It’s a root (really, it’s not illegal) from the South Pacific (really, I swear, legal). The Kava-Kava root has been used for centuries in the South Pacific as an alternative to alcohol. It provides the calming, relaxing, social aspects of alcohol, without all the negatives. No hangover. No getting up on the bar doing things you would be ashamed to see show up on Facebook. No getting sick all over the place.

And now Kalm with Kava brings this beneficial root to the masses. Stressed out? Need to relax? Don’t grab a brewsky from the fridge after work. Grab a Kalm with Kava. Seriously. How often do you hear stories about people in Fiji or Samoa being stressed out? Not often. Part of the reason for that is the Kava root. I’m sure the fantastic weather and tropical setting doesn’t hurt either, but Kava is also a big part of it. If there isn’t a Kava bar in your neck of the woods, then Kalm with Kava is a great alternative. Buy it online and keep it handy in the fridge for a great way to relax after a stressful day at work. And maybe after you un-stress you actually can try one of those new positions (wink).

I have never heard of this "Kava" before! Very interesting! Im often pretty easily stressed and this would be a way healthier option than wine Im sure ;)

I have to look for this. It sounds perfect as an end of the evening drink to help relax. I often fall asleep easily, my problem is that I wake up several times a night and have trouble getting back to sleep.
