Jetson Quest Electric Scooter at Best Buy

by Erik

“When I was your age I had to walk to school uphill. In the snow. Both ways.”

Everyone’s heard a relative make that old joke. But for me there is an element of truth to it. I went to college at the University of Cincinnati. UC is NOT a flat campus. There are two ways to get to everything. The first way involves a LOT of stairs. The second way involves a lot of long sloping sidewalks or roads. Walking to class from the dorms involved walking downhill, and then walking uphill. Which means that walking back to the dorms from class involved, you guessed it, walking downhill, then walking uphill. And despite what any physicist may say about conservation of energy or whatever principle it is, the walking downhill part does not make up for the uphill part or make it easier.

You know what would have made it easier? The Jetson Quest Electric Scooter at Best Buy. To say that this would have made my life easier is somewhat of an understatement. My freshman year I lived on campus. Every year after that (I won’t say how many) I lived off campus, about a mile away. The amount of time I could have saved alone is almost incalculable, not to mention the wear and tear on my knees of all those years of walking on concrete. But imagine what you could do with all that extra time in college. Read a non-required book. Study. Sleep.

Jetson Quest

With a premium Lithium-Ion battery that can last 15 miles, the Jetson Quest Electric scooter would have been perfect for me to get to campus, get to my classes and get back home every day. So, if you have someone going back to school, do them a favor. Save them time. Save future wear on their joints. Get them a Jetson Quest Electric Scooter.

Disclaimer: I was compensated by Best Buy, but all opinions are my own.

I live in a college town and all the classes are spread out. And we up and down hills and lots of miles between class rooms. You see students on these all the time. If they ride the bus they have to sit in traffic and these scooters are a lot faster.
