My daughter loves her iPad Mini. A lot. Was it a mistake to get her one? Probably? Would I do it over again? Probably. There are times when I just need to watch some adult TV. By that I don’t mean ADULT TV I mean the Food Network or HGTV. But there are times when it’s just nice to let her watch a movie on her iPad and relax.

In the car is a slightly different story. Obviously I don’t do a lot of TV watching in the car, but there are still times when it’s nice for her to have the iPad so she can watch a movie or something on long trips. I don’t know about you, but I’m not rich enough to own a car with a built in video thingy, and I’ve lost track of how many of those $69 back of the seat portable DVD players we’ve gone through. More than one. Her iPad though (with Otterbox) has been a workhorse. The problem is that it is tiring to hold for extended periods of time, like a long car trip. Also, what if she falls asleep and drops it? Or, what if she just drops it because she is five and sometimes clumsy? Do you see the conundrum?

Fortunately there is a solution, the iPadTabletBuddy. This handy dandy device hooks onto the back of the headrest right in front of her, and lets me put the iPad in it. It’s adjustable to all sizes of car seats and fits her iPad perfectly. So she can read of watch a movie or play a game, whatever she wants. No worries about dropping the iPad in the morass that is the back seat and losing it. No complaints about tired arms. It just does its job. Now if I could just say the same thing about the hubby.

iPadTabletBuddy

Anyways…

Easy to install … thanks to easy to follow pictures on the back of the box.

Durable … light but solid construction to secure and protect your tablet.

Universal … will hold a multitude of Tablet types and styles such as Google Nexus 10, Samsung Tab S, Tab Pro, Kindle, iPad, and iPad Mini (to name a few).

An extra set of helping hands … this one speaks for itself. Who doesn’t need a little extra help when they are in the car with a little one?

We give the iPadTabletBuddy two thumbs up and highly recommend you pick one (or two) up for each of your vehicles.

That sounds perfect for a long car trip. I know I get antsy myself. I remember when I was a kid, it was even worse. And yes, adults need time to check out whatever program they want to see and have some quiet time to enjoy it,

Thanks so very much for the Fantastic Review on iPadTabletBuddy! This sounds like a terrific product to have! I know what you mean about those DVD players for the backseat! My oldest daughter has been through many of those as well! I love the fact that this fits right on the headrest of the car and your child can watch a movie without having to hold the iPad itself! Kids that age tend to drop an awful lot of things! I think everything computer wise which is given to children should come in a bubble wrapping that stays on! This way when they are dropped, stepped on or whatever, they are safe and will not break! Thanks so much for sharing your fantastic review, your personal and professional information, and pictures on the iPadTabletBuddy with all of us! I honestly do appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele :)

We have built-in DVD players/screens in our van for long family trips, but we don't have them in our cars. It would be nice to have something like this in our car so that when we don't take the whole crew out in the van the kids can still keep their entertainment conveniently in front of their spoiled (lol) little faces. :)

That is cool. My kids are no longer little but this is great for the younger ones.

This is perfect. We have also gone through some of those sixty nine dollar devices for the seat. Thank you so much for sharing this

Kids and adults can get bored on a long car trip. Anything to keep their minds occupied so they aren't asking are we there yet over and over is great.

You as a parent know what your child is mature enough to deal with. I'm sure that you made the right decision.
