I like bargains. I won’t lie. I’m a couponer, its part of my makeup. But there are some things that you never really seem to get deals on. That’s part of life. So occasionally, when they go on sale, you pounce. And guess what?
This is one of those times.
Until August 1st, you can officially get HP ink for the best price since 2012. Buy 1 get 1 50% off. For a couponer, a chance to stock up like that only comes once every…well…3 years. And I plan on stocking up. I don’t know if I will buy enough to last for the next three years, but I will definitely buy enough to get me through some of that. Now you are probably thinking to yourself, “self, why would I spend all that money on real HP ink cartridges?” Well I’ll tell you.
Have you ever used generic ink or toner in your printer? I have. I’ve used generic and I’ve used refills. You know what you get? I’ll tell you that too. Pardon the language, but you get pretty crappy prints. The hubby really likes to save money on ink and toner, so he bought some refill kits for our laser printer. An hour later, some spilled toner (which is toxic by the way) we got a toner cartridge that lasted about a day before we started getting lines in our print. Roughly the next day, it reported that it was out of toner. Even though it was full! The generic cartridge lasted about a week. So instead of saving money, it cost us time and money. You know what happened with the ink cartridges? Clogs galore. It’s possible to go cheap and end up paying more. It’s like taking your car to a cheap garage instead of a reputable one. You may save a little money up front, but then you have to end up taking your car to a real garage to get it fixed from being fixed. Lesson learned for me. Real thing from now on.
Now through August 1, 2015 head to the HP website or a retailer near you; Staples, Best Buy, or Office Depot to STOCK UP and SAVE! Buy one Original HP Ink, get a 2nd cartridge of equal or lesser value for 50% off.
What are you waiting for? Grab your keys and head to a store near you to get your stock on!
