So, I have a conundrum. My daughter keeps touching the screen of my computer. Fortunately, with un-sticky fingers, but she keeps touching it nonetheless. Why does she do this you may ask? Well, the only computer I have at home is my work computer, which is a run-of-the-mill laptop. My wife’s computer however is a 2-in-1 touchscreen. But since mine is not a touchscreen I just end up with fingerprints from an eight-year-old. This wouldn’t really be a problem except that I have begun to find myself doing it too.
So, I need a new computer for home. To be honest, I’ve needed one for a while, I’ve only been using my work computer because my home computer kind of died. So, I have made the decision that I need a new computer, but what to get? Not to be a brand snob, but I have been partial to HP for years. All of our other computers have always been HP’s except for one unfortunate period that I won’t go into. Let’s just say the reliability was not there when I strayed away from HP.
And guess what? Best Buy has a great deal on the HP 2-in-1 laptops. These great devices have everything I want in a laptop. Windows 10, plenty of memory, solid-state hard drives, and I’m excited to try out the Windows Ink technology.
Combine all these great features with the $100 off offer until July 28 and it’s almost a no-brainer. So I will be heading up to Best Buy to get my new HP Envy. It won’t eliminate the fingers on my screen, but at least now though those fingers will actually do something.
