I have been thinking and auto insurance is extremely important. I’ve changed auto insurance companies so many times I lost count. I’ve changed for different reasons, price is not one of them. I don’t have a problem in paying what I am getting for. I’m big on customer service, that’s my pet peeve.
Thinking back I remember hartford is a great company for auto insurance My mom still uses them, she always told me that their customer serivce was great, had the small time touch. She’s right, they really have a way of making you feel like you know them.
That’s something I personally appreciate in any company, there’s nothing worse than having to call your insurance company and them treating you like you’re call is the last thing they want to deal with. I mean seriously, and sadly I’ve been treated like this more times than I care to remember.
I also like them because they are knowledgeable. I have never felt like they just pulled someone in off the streets because they needed to fill a position, lol. You know you’ve had something like that happen to you as well. It happens, sucks but it does.
All in all, I feel like hartford is a company you can trust, so if you’re looking for a company that knows their stuff you might want to check them out. You never know maybe you’ll end up like my mother and stick with them for life, lol. Oh, and the only reason i am not currently with them is because of my husband insurance through work… If that ever changed they will definitely be one of the first I turn to.
Just an FYI, I am not doing a review for them… I’m adding something new to my blog. I’ve been wondering what direction I wanted to go with this blog, and I finally figured it out. More of a business, financial approach. What insurance compnay are you currently using?
