HotelSpa Giant 10″ Rainfall Temperature Color-Changing LED Showerhead Review #hotelspa

5b5a3747edf72fc41969a5505b8bb730b9da759bI’m a big fan of showers. Not rain showers. Like real showers. Hot, steamy, lasting for hours. Okay, maybe not hours (the hot water heater won’t hold up that long), but a long time. I come out red as a lobster.

And I like it.

And I was kidding about rain showers. I actually love the rain. However the neighbors kind of have a problem with me wandering around naked in the rain. Well, the neighbor wives anyway. And the hubby kind of had a problem with me doing that too. Also, have you ever hung out outside in the rain? You don’t usually stay that warm. The meteorological cause of rain is usually a low pressure front, which means dropping temperatures. Or maybe it’s the other way around. Whatever. Rain usually equals cold. So playing in the rain is usually followed by a warm shower. Which begs the question of why bother with the rain to begin with, just hop in a warm shower.

So where was I?

Oh yeah. Rain. Now I don’t have to choose between running around naked in the rain and having a nice boiling hot shower. I can do both with the Hotel Spa LED Rainfall Showerhead.

Talk about Heaven. First off, talk about being literally doused in water. This is like a real downpour. Second, you read that right…LED. This is a showerhead that lights up. Don’t worry no dangerous electric wires. It’s got a little water powered hydro-electric generator that powers the LED lights in the showerhead. Blue for cool water, green for warm water, red for hot water and flashing red for really hot water. At least the instructions say it does blue and green, I haven’t actually seen those colors yet. 😉 Needless to say, this thing is AWESOME and my daughter finds it highly entertaining too!

These are cool-- I can see my kids playing with this just because the color change--but it doesn't mean they would be any cleaner. I think I want one too!

This looks great! I can imagine relaxing in the shower with one of these, especially in green. I usually like my water to be warm.

I don’t like hot shower. I think very hot water is not good for our healthy. I like my bathroom and especially my showerhead. The HotelSpa 10" LED Rainfall Shower Head is Great! My hubby installed it in minutes and it connected very easily. It looks very beautiful and while showering, I felt like I was on a vacation in an exotic resort some where. I usually take hot showers so when I turned the knob to hot, within seconds the LED light turned Red meaning the water was at a hight heat temperature. As I was testing it I did see all the color changes from Blue (cold water setting), Green (warm water setting) and Red (hot water setting). This is such a wonderful feature because you can actually see and control your settings and because of its rainfall design you can choose high or low water pressure and you still get an even shower. It can save you money as well if you don't have too much water pressure but the choice is up to the individuals preference. I did notice when I opened the shower head it was not steel, but it does come with a stainless steel extension arm for heigh adjustment. But over all it's a great design and it looks beautifully displayed. You don't need a big bathroom to own this Fancy Shower Head, my bathroom is fairly small and it still fit and displayed beautifully.

These light up shower heads are great for kids too so you don't have to worry about them stepping into scalding hot water. They can look for the right color to light up before proceeding. Plus most kids are more excited for bath time with the lights!

I've never had such a thing, it would be interesting to buy something like that and make the shower more colorful.
