My best way to relieve aches and pains is to insure I get a good night's sleep. it's often tempting to stay up late with TV or a good book, but at the expense of sufficient rest. So I try to keep to a good schedule that allows me to get my beauty and body sleep!

I have back stretches and I see a chiropractor every 6 weeks. I can use something in between at times...that's where I run into issues.

I've tried pain-relieving creams in the past, but they don't seem to work very well. Maybe relaxation with a Shiatsu Massage Chair would do the trick!
