I keep my son well fed and well hydrated! Also, I make sure he has a lot of activities to keep him from being idle, that's when he gets in trouble! Mitch

We make sure they have a good breakfast each day and take a vitamin each day. We also make sure they have exercise daily and have naps and good sleep each night :)

I try and make sure they eat healthy get plenty of rest and lots of playtime outside to keep my kids healthy and happy!

Water is key! I don't have kids myself but I have a niece that I spoil! I keep her away from soda and introduce veggies and fruit whenever possible. She loves apples!

We try and be active every single day. We take walks, go to the park. We unplug and enjoy the world.
