Get them Healthy for Back to School with vivaNUTRITION

Summer, that fun time of care free play. And bugs. And sun burn. Heat Exhaustion. Oh the joys. But don’t worry, because fall is right around the corner and it’s back to school. Where your little ones get to mix with all the other kids and get all their germs and head right into the beginning of cold weather and cold and flu season.

Sheesh. How do we manage to survive? I wonder sometimes. Don’t you?

Ok, enough Debbie Downer. Every season has it’s challenges, but one of the keys to surviving and thriving is keeping healthy to begin with, so when those seasonal challenges hit us (and our kids) we start off on the offensive with a healthy body and immune system.

How do you do that?

Eat right and exercise.

Now I don’t know about you but exercise isn’t a problem for my little one. She loves to be outside. In fact, it can be a challenge to drag her back inside. Heck, she’d play out in the rain if I let her, which I would, except that all our rain so far has been in the form of bad storms. I’m all for taking a risk now and then, but not when it comes to getting struck by lightning.

The challenge comes in the “eating right” department. I’m savory, but the hubby is sweet. Guess which one our daughter takes after… Fortunately our arsenal includes vivaNUTRITION.

vivaNUTRITION Super Fiber Chia Bars have been our go to snack for a while now. My daughter loves them and they aren’t full of sugar.

What makes vivaNUTRITION Super Fiber Chia Bars the right snack bars for kids?

  • vivaNUTRITION Super Fiber Chia Bars are made from 100% natural ingredients and contain both chia and oats
  • Chia seeds contain omega-3 fats that have various health benefits for children’s behavioral, attentional and emotional health.
  • Chia seeds pack a bunch of energy that can help in a child’s daily activities
  • Oats contain a high amount of fiber as well as nutrients.
  • The fiber in oats helps with digestion and the easy movement of food through the digestive system and helps prevent complications including constipation.
  • Our bars are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, vegetarian and Non GMO

So, check out vivaNUTRITION.com today and get your kids a healthy snack.

As a bonus, enter our giveaway for a chance to win a $50 Target gift card (1 winner) or a month’s supply of Super Fiber Chia Bars (3 winners).

I keep my son well fed and well hydrated! Also, I make sure he has a lot of activities to keep him from being idle, that's when he gets in trouble! Mitch
