Dijon Mustard
Egg Wash

Ingredients
- Puff Pastry
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Cheese (such as Swiss or Gruyere)
- Dijon Mustard
- Egg Wash (1 egg beaten with a splash of water)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the puff pastry.
- Arrange sliced ham and sliced cheese over the mustard.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the puff pastry into a log.
- Slice the log into pinwheels, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pinwheels with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
