Very interesting read! I learned something I didn’t know anything about. Although, I do admit that I love watching the DIY shows, as well as the house flipping and designing. I just don’t think I would have the patience for it!

Being a real estate investor takes a lot of hard work and knowledge. I would definitely recommend reading Phil’s book to learn the best ways to successfully invest in real estate. I love the different approaches he suggests and I agree that stepping out of the box and trying something different is usually a great approach to anything in life!
