I never knew or thought about making sweets in a cast iron skillet. I have a small skillet that I have had for to many years to count. And it is jut me so any sweet would be perfect for me. going to save several of these.

I love using my cast iron for baking, it brings a certain texture that's hard to get otherwise and I'm sure the small addition of iron can't hurt! I'll have to try out some of these recipes though, the cast iron brookie in particular!
