Whew…after hunting down these deal and steals today, I need a snack. MMM, Beef Jerky sure sounds good and of course I have a coupon for it too. But first, how many other ways do you know of to use beef jerky besides just snacking? Here’s a few I’ve thought of:
- Beef stock
- Chop/Dice it up and use it in stews or soups (or as a topping for salads)
- Even use it in sandwiches or wraps (shaved, chopped or in strip).
