CBD oil is some awesome stuff, there are a variety of health benefit it may provide it’s definitely something I think is worth considering and talking to your doctor about.
CBD oil helps with a number of things that I personally never would have associated with CBD help oil, such as:
I know right, I wish I would have known this back in my younger years. Oh, wait… It wasn’t legal back then, dang it is growing up the way we did. Well, the struggle was real, and kids of this generation will never understand lol. But seriously, CBD oil may help with that nasty headache and even nausea that often comes with the dreaded hangover. It’s without a doubt something to consider for sure. I know in my party days I would have loved something like this to help me drag myself out of bed.
The list of things CBD oil may help with is steadily increasing and I’m excited about that. See because CBD oil may help with things such as: acne, ADHD, Diabetes, MS, Depression, Mad Cow Disease, Broken Bones, Pain, Nausea, Anxiety, IBS, Heart Disease, Arthritis, Inflammation, Bacterial Infections, Parkinson’s Disease, Substance Abuse, Withdrawal from Substance Abuse, Smoking, Insomnia and more.
Yes, I did mention that CBD oil may help with that nasty smoking habit that is so hard to quit.
If this isn’t great, I don’t know what is! Smoking is difficult to quit, many of us try and try and end up going back we are a prisoner. Well, using CBD oil or CBD Vape oil might help you quick. They need to do more studies on this but things seem promising. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
If you are a smoker, I’m sure you have attempted to quit smoking at some point in your life. It’s not easy, tobacco is extremely addictive. You’ll be happy to know that using CBD oil or CBD vape oil might just help you quit smoking. More studies need to be done on using CBD as a stop smoking aid, but it looks like it is very promising.
Getting some much needed sleepy time
If you are like me you have problems sleeping and it can impact your life in negative ways. Insomnia is a serious issue and can be the cause of memory issues, low energy, finding it difficult to focus and of course the dreaded irritation that comes with insomnia.
I’m not much for taking sleeping pills because they scare me, to be honest, you hear the horror stories about people getting hooked on pills and it goes downhill from there. No thank you, I’ll live with it or give some CBD oil a try, I’m always down to try something natural.
While there is still research to be done using CBD oil but it helps us to sleep because it interacts with proteins, chemicals, and receptors in our brain and the interactions impact on the body’s functions such as regulation of emotions, preventing pain perception, and of course our sleep cycles.
Research suggests that our sleep is divided up into three stages and CBD oil has an effect on the third stage which is our deep sleep. Oh and get this, CBD oil shortens our REM sleep which leads to memory improvement, fewer thoughts and a decrease in depression. It also reduces anxiety.
If you’ve been thinking about taking CBD oil for any reason and still have questions you can speak to your doctor about it. Remember, CBD oil is totally legal and natural so taking with your doctor is not an issue.
If you haven’t heard about CBD oil and all it’s amazing benefits yet you are really missing out and if you are closed minded to the use of CBD oil because you think it’s the same thing has THC you may want to take some time and do a bit of research because CBD and THC are not the same. If they were relatives they would be something like cousins, not brothers or anything like that. CBD doesn’t get you high, nor does it have the effects many get when consuming THC.
As a matter of fact, I also ran into this super cute video series called “I am CBD, I am THC” by Diamond CBD to help educate everyone about the difference in CBD and THC. They even took things a step further by making sure consumers have all the up to date info about CBD in their CBD education center. Totally worth checking out if you want to learn more about CBD or just stay up to date with the latest news and research that is CBD related.
I’d love to hear your thoughts about CBD oil or if you have experiences I’d love for you to leave me a comment, good or bad.
