It’s January! Do you know what that means? That’s right. It’s time for Bonefish. Ok, really the two have nothing to do with each other or do they? Hmm, either way, it sounded good right? Right? It is winter though (weather it feels like it or not) and that actually does mean it’s time for Bonefish and the Winter Menu. So what have they cooked up for us this time? Is the hubby going to ruin it by ordering something boring again? Was it good? Come along and let’s find out.

Okay, I can’t handle the suspense. IT WAS A SUCCESS!

We started off the night with an old friend. Perfect as usual is all I will say about the Bang Bang Shrimp. At least I assume, since the daughter and the hubby wolfed it down, as usual. One of these days I would actually like to get a taste, so I only have the hubby’s assurances of yumminess. For dinner we both tried something off the Winter Menu. I had the Spinach, Bacon and Blue Cheese Arctic Char. I don’t know exactly what Arctic Char is but it was a mild yummy fish. The spinach, blue cheese and bacon combine to make a deep rich flavor that pairs well with the fish. The hubby also ordered from the Winter Menu. He had the Filet and Colossal Shrimp Scampi. Now first off, these are not your normal shrimp. When they say “colossal” they aren’t kidding. The filet was cooked perfectly and practically melted in your mouth. To top it all off we ended the night with the Macadamia Nut Brownie. Chocolate brownie, ice cream, whipped cream, and raspberry sauce. Yummy goodness to end the evening! Go to Bonefish soon to experience the Winter Menu. It’s worth it.

Thanks for the Fantastic Review on Bonefish Grill: Warming Up with the Winter Menu! I always see the postings about this Bonefish Grill and if you are really into seafood, I'm sure it's wonderful! My family and I are all, as they say, Land Lubbers! We do not eat much fish at all. I know it's good for you, however, for myself, I can't stomach the smell and I've tried so many different times to like fish and I just don't. I will eat tuna fish (in a can of course) and I do like breaded flounder. That's about it! Hubby also likes crab cakes. The pictures of the food look wonderful! I'm so glad that you and your family enjoyed your meal so much! Thanks so much for sharing your fantastic review, all the wonderful pictures (loved the dessert!), and your personal and professional opinions on Bonefish Grill: Warming Up with the Winter Menu with all of us! I truly do appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele :)

I still haven't been. I've gone as far to check if there's a location nearby. The food sounds good. I love fish as long as it's mild. If there's a fishy taste or odor, I won't eat it. I have to try this place. Are the prices reasonable?

I have never heard of Bonefish. Is it a southern restaurant? Sure does look good though. I live in northern WI and we don't have these kind of restaurants here. Thanks for sharing!

Love! Love! Love fish and it's good for you too! Oh bother... now I have to go shopping and see what I can pick up... I learned from a restaurant one day on how not only to put melted butter on salmon, but sprinkle some brown sugar on it really makes Salmon tastes so much better. mmmmmmm love it!

We don't have Bonefish in Ireland but we do have some superb restaurants and the freshest of foods. I have to say the Arctic Char with bacon & spinach looks amazing!

I haven't been to Bonefish Grill yet, but I think they have some nice looking dishes that I want to try. The next time I want fish I'll consider going there instead of Red Lobster!
