Our fav is baking up a delicious rainbow cake! We get white cake mix, divide the batter up into 6 bowls and use gel food coloring to make our rainbow colors. Then dump each individual bowl of batter on top of each other in the pan. We make ours in a bundt pan and hide chocolate gold coins on the inside.
