I enjoy salad during the summer months. It's too hot to cook! I'm looking forward to some ideas on how to change it up without just dumping a bunch of dressing on to hide the taste of the vegetables.

i love salads..i think you can make it very healthy if you don't put a lot of dressing and cheeseor anything that has too much calories.

Thanks for the Simple Salad recipes. I too love salads and would like to eat them all the time if I could especially when its to hot in the kitchen to cook a meal. Salads are healthier to eat to and I sure could stand to lose a few pounds .

This is so simple to make . I used white balsamic vinegar that I happened to have on hand and I added a little tahini for a slightly nutty flavor. I will definitely make this again.

I'm typically not much of a vegetable eater. I'm meat and potato and my husband likes salad. Hopefully this book will give me some salad ideas that we both like.

Yes, salads can get pretty boring. This is a nice resource to have to mix things up.
