October is one of my favorite months of the year. WHY? First, my little sister was born in October. She classifies the entire month as her birthday month. Second, October, at least where I live, is when fall truly begins. I’m talking cooler weather, bonfires, s’mores, sweaters, and boots… the list goes on and on. Fall is my favorite season so we celebrate October. This year, there is extra cause for celebration thanks to the release of Ghostbusters on Blu-ray/DVD.
YES, you read that right, GHOSTBUSTERS: ANSWER THE CALL EXTENDED EDITION is now available on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital. In celebration of the movie’s we were BOO’D and we plan to #BooItForward this weekend. I’ll be sharing how to get in on the fun but first, let’s talk about the movie!
The GHOSTBUSTERS: ANSWER THE CALL EXTENDED EDITION features more than 15 minutes of never-before-seen film footage and more than three hours of bonus features, including deleted scenes and gag reels that allow fans to go behind-the-scenes with the cast and crew.
The gag reels alone make the EXTENDED EDITION totally worth it and anytime I get the chance to view never-before-seen footage AND deleted scenes, I’m game.

Boo-It-Forward With Ghostbusters and Walmart!
To celebrate Halloween and the release of GHOSTBUSTERS on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital, we encourage you, no…no, we CHALLENGE you to #BooItForward. This is a fast-growing, good-spirited tradition of surprising someone with a bundle of Halloween goodies and treats and then encouraging them to do the same.
I was introduced to this tradition when I was little and it is something that we have carried on with our family and friends through the years. We normally BOO five friends and ask them to pay it forward. So, how does it work? The surprise bundle can be hand-delivered to someone’s doorstep, left on their office desk, or ordered online (ex. via Walmart) and delivered to someone’s home.
